When can I expect my refund?
This is an extensive process for us to undertake, and we are working hard to fulfill all refunds as quickly as we can. If you have submitted your refund request your refund will be forthcoming. We appreciate your patience.
How will my refund be made?
Refunds will be processed via reverse transaction to the credit/debit card used on your purchase. If you purchased via cash payment or electronic bank transfer then a bank account number will need to be supplied.
I have emailed my refund request but have not had a response.
